I ask you, and thank you, for reading our message carefully. We arrived at the Nomad Hotel and waited quite a while for the manager to become available and give us the keys! Then we went to our rooms, which were huge and beautiful. In the evening, dinner was very late! There was no choice, and it was a buffet! It felt like a school cafeteria! Noisy and really not good or appetizing! When we went to bed, it was very, very noisy, as it was all night; the same was true the next morning. The hotel is the starting point, shower/breakfast point, for most of the groups going on activities in the desert. People are therefore just passing through: noisy, dirty, leaving their trash everywhere, with no consideration for others during meals. Breakfast was the worst part!! During the day, people arrive, shower, sleep, have fun, make noise, and leave, while new groups arrive. When we were supposed to leave with a certain 'group' for our trek, the hotel manager came to get us and told us to leave (we hadn't seen our trekking coordinator); he said everything was the same!!! WRONG! In fact, he wanted us to do HIS trek, but we didn't know that. We did a very nice trek, but in the blazing sun in the desert, with 5 children! Once there, we quickly realized it wasn't at all what we had paid for!!! A NIGHTMARE. A camp of 110 people who all arrived gradually, with different 'groups'. Dirty tents, unchanged sheets, animals everywhere, garbage as far as the eye could see. Disgusting food... a horrible night with people and young people who partied all night; no water, clogged toilets... We called our trekking coordinator, Descubrir Marocco, who was confused and strange; He had to negotiate with the manager of the Nomad Hotel, who sent us to his camp for his own benefit... to the detriment of Descubrir Marrocco, but it was too late for us. Be careful, it's a real tourist trap. Descubrir Marrocco is indefensible. They should have come and picked us up and taken us where we were supposed to be. BEWARE
